Here is my Dinner Rotation. I usually try to use one from each category
per week, allowing for leftovers and/or eating out, and I don't plan
them in this exact order. I plan meals depending on how much time I
have to cook (or energy). This rotation gets me through at least 2
months, so when I shop for my supply, it is usually for 6 months. I put it on an excel spreadsheet, printed it out, and put it in a sheet protector that I keep on my fridge.
