3 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 cup green chili peppers
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/4 cup onions
1/4 cup red bell peppers
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 1/4 cup warm water
1 Tablespoon Cholula hot sauce
1 1/4 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cilantro
Mix well for 30 seconds. Let sit in fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
