Buttermilk Biscuits

1 cup buttermilk (or 1 c. milk + 2 T. lemon juice)
2 1/2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons shortening

Bake at 400* for 15-20 minutes
