Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Combine:
4 cups of rhubarb pieces
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Spread in a greased 9x13 pan.

In another bowl, combine:
1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oats
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cube melted butter

Sprinkle over strawberry-rhubarb mixture.

Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes.

  1. Although I really liked this the way it was, if you want it a little less tart, you could do 3 cups rhubarb and 3 cups strawberry.
