1 pkg (16 oz) uncooked pasta
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 ½ cups milk
1 ½ cups heavy cream
2 cups Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cooked carrots and broccoli, chopped
1 lb. diced chicken
1. Cook pasta according to directions.
2. Melt butter in a large pan. Whisk in flour until smooth.
3. Add milk and cream, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add Parmesan, salt (go lightly), pepper, carrots, broccoli, & chicken, stir. Add pasta.
5. Add milk, if desired, to thin.
